Hi, I’m Tej - The Head Coach and Founder of Immense Coaching.

With an undergraduate and master’s degree in Sports Science & Management, from Loughborough University, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what true, optimal performance really means - not just in the gym, but in every area of life. 

 

Over the past decade in the fitness industry, I’ve coached and worked with over a thousand clients, helping them unlock their potential and step confidently into the best versions of themselves.

 

For me, coaching is about so much more than just the physical. It’s about transforming every aspect of your life so you can show up as someone you can be proud of. That holistic approach is at the heart of everything we do at Immense Coaching.

 

I founded Immense Coaching with one vision in mind: to help busy people achieve incredible results without sacrificing their family life, social life, or careers. Together, we’ll build a plan that works for you - and helps you excel in all areas of your life.

Hi, I’m Josh - The Transformation Specialist with a passion for helping people unlock their full potential and feel their absolute best.

 

I specialise in sustainable fat loss, muscle building, metabolic priming, and body recomposition. With over a decade of training experience and 5 years in the fitness coaching industry, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients to create results that last - without extremes or quick fixes.

 

My approach is simple: I’ll help you build a strong, capable body and a resilient mindset through methods that fit your life, not the other way around.

Hi, I’m Charan - The Female Transformation Coach with a passion for helping women become the strongest, most confident versions of themselves.

 

Over the years, as a personal trainer and qualified nutritionist, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of women through life-changing transformations - not just in their bodies, but in their mindset and confidence too.

 

As a pre- and post-natal qualified coach, I focus on creating sustainable routines that fit your lifestyle, so you can enjoy your cultural foods without guilt or deprivation. Having navigated my own disability and learned to adapt my workouts, I truly believe that with resilience and perseverance, you can overcome anything life throws your way.
